PRIVATE EVENT OPTIONS

Bare Boat Charter package up to 100 guests: $3,750.00 +tax 

*(Fuel surcharge may apply due to rising Fuel costs) 

Available Monday-Sunday 12-3PM & 7-10PM 

  • Bare boat charters include captain, crew, tables and chairs, 3 hour private boat charter with 30 min boarding time, trash removal and a cash bar with bartender for up to 100 passengers.

  • ** The 1st deck dining area will seat 70 ** 

  • We do not allow any outside beverages due to regulations with liquor licensing. 

  • Additional hours can be purchased for $800.00 +tax per hour includes fuel surcharge

  • In house Catering can be added for additional charges or You may provide your own Food  

  • In house Decorating packages and special requests are available for all private parties.  

  • You are welcome to provide your own Catering & Entertainment. *Outside fee's may apply*

  • Outside Vendor's & Entertainment must have proof of insurance. 

  • Outside Catering companies must be pre approved with verified insurance for health and quality standards before booking.                                           

 

        Bare Boat Charter small group package: $2,500.00+tax 

(Monday-Thursday's ONLY )

Available Monday-Thursday12-3PM or 7-10PM ONLY.

  • Bare boat charter includes captain, crew tables and chairs, 2.5 hour cruise with 30 min boarding time, vessel              cleanup, trash removal and a cash bar with bartender for up to 30 passengers.

  • Each additional passenger over 30 is $50.00 per person.

Bare Boat Dockside party package less than 50: $1,500.00+tax

Available Monday-Thursday 12-3PM or 6-9PM 

* This is a popular package with baby showers, business meetings and smaller low impact events.*

  • Venue only, dockside. Includes tables, chairs, cash bar and bartenders whole use of vessel dockside for 3 hours.

  • Some restrictions apply. Party is limited to vessel only. Parties may not use marina or piers.

  • Weekend availability is limited in prime season.

  • We can NOT host a dockside event after the hours of 9:00PM.  

Promoter Package up to 100 guests +10 staff: $5,000.00

  • All outside open to public ticketed events must be approved. 

  • Food must be provided by a licensed and insured vender or caterer. 

Small group public party option (30 minimum)

On a budget? Willing to share your special day with a public cruise? We offer open to public charter options for some parties. We can build your party into a public charter to help off set the heavy costs.  Give us a call to see if a public

option is available. We only host Public events Weekdays & Some Sundays. 

Small Wedding Package $11,000.00 

Our very popular Wedding package includes:

  • Full elite decorating set up

  • Personal wedding planner to work out every detail of your wedding, 

  • Custom seating set up

  • DJ, Crew, Captain

  • Premium Open Bar, champagne toast

  • Boarding photos

  • Vessel for 4 hours

  • Catering allowance (Prices may very slightly on food choices)

We suggest less than 70 passengers for comfort.

Glow Party Decor

Entertainment Options:

  • Standard House DJ: $350+tax

  • Live entertainment or actors available on special requests such as Elvis, Patsy Cline, The Bopper, and Murder Mystery's. Prices very on dates and availability: $400-800+tax 

  • Corporate Presentation and sound equipment such as multiple mics and display screens: $250+tax

  • Painting and art instruction with all materials: $34+tax per student 

  • Narrated tours of local areas: $500.00+tax

 

Photo Packages:

Package 1: $500.00

  • Boarding Photos of all guests or family's when boarding

  • Boarding Photos printed with frames and distributed to guests during charter

Package 2: Premium $700.00

  • Includes package 1

  • Backdrop

  • Photographer for whole charter for all guests to enjoy

  • Thumb drive of all photos to taken during charter to take home at the end of the charter.

Decorating options for all private events:

 

*Customers may provide their own decorator and decorations limited to:

Linens, small centerpieces, florals and personalized décor.

*We do not allow glitter for environmental reasons.

*Outside decorators will have 1 hour prior to boarding time to set up vessel. 

*Decorations must be approved by staff prior to set up. 

*Gift bags including any beverages must be distributed at the end of the party dockside.

*Clean up must be done promptly at the conclusion of the charter, within 1 hour as we will be setting up for the next charter.

Please Note:

  • Customer provides all other decorations to include but not limited to all personalized décor.

  • ALL balloons must be securely tied down and brought to the boat the day of the event.

  • ALL table setups can be changed or mixed with 6ft tables (boat sits 60 passengers)

Package #1 (The Classic) $250.00

Select table setup:

  • Classic: (4) 8ft table lower deck with (4) high top tables and (3) low square tables upper deck

  • Lounge: mix of (4) high top and (4) low square tables on lower deck and (4) high top tables on upper deck.

Package includes:

Linens on all tables (your choice of color)

  • Black

  • Charcoal Grey

  • Navy Blue

  • White

 

Package #2 (The Select) $500.00

Select table setup:

  • Classic (4) 8ft table lower deck with (4) high top tables and (3) low square tables upper deck

  • Lounge: mix of (4) high top and (4) low square tables on lower deck and (4) high top tables on upper deck.

Package includes:

Linens on all tables (your choice of color)

  • Black

  • Charcoal Grey

  • Navy Blue

  • White

Table Runners on all tables (your choice of color)

  • Gold sequins, silver sequins, rose gold sequins, sage green, dusty rose, black, navy blue, Lavender, Emerald green big sequins, natural, black and white striped.

Informal Themed Parties

The Glow on the Bay Package: $800.00

One of the hottest new trends at Maryland Party Boat is our Glow in the dark Parties. Very popular with college groups, and birthday bashes. Many have taken advantage of this awesome concept from the 80's.  At this type of party, the crew at MPB will transform the yacht into a glowing nightclub. Custom personalized floor designs and glow swag for passengers to take home. Guests are encouraged to wear fluorescent clothing and glow-in-the dark accessories which illuminate under the glow of black lights, DJ lights, and lasers to create an exciting multicolored experience that your guests will always remember. Drink specials, Glowing cups, flashing swag and much more all provided and handed out during your party to guests to take home in this package.
